Leading Calibration Software

MQC has spent over 2½ years developing our current Calibration Management System and customer web-based portal. The current technology package is validated and the most robust and technologically advanced system on the market. MQC is utilizing a proprietary platform with upgrades to almost every module.

MQC spends almost as much time inputting instrument level information as it does in any other activity. The idea is that the more information mined, the more functionality and usability the data has when creating custom queries, reports, and analytics. Good information in, results in good information out.

Our operations platform can be almost entirely customized by our customer. Customers can customize fields, screen layouts, the order in which information is presented, memorized reports, and queries to mine our database for almost any attribute (information).

Queries can include but are not limited to the following:

  • Custom recalls (in-house, on-site, by department, by owner, instrument type, building, etc.)
  • Equipment lists
  • Pass/fail events
  • Search the database for instruments that share a particular attribute (i.e. range, model, manufacturer, etc.)
    • Sample reports (financial/analytical)
  • Complete history of gage from commencement of calibration
  • View, print, export, or zip documents to PDF/excel for a specified date rage (i.e. calibration certificates packing slips, invoices, repair advice, OOT notifications, etc.)
    • Only lab in the country that allows customers to view draft calibration certificates in-process when an out-of-tolerance condition exists to aid in the acceptance/denial of repairs, or understand if any product was affected or Significant Out-of-Tolerance (SOOT) analysis needs to be performed
  • Dedicated “awaiting customer response” area which consolidates all instruments that are awaiting customer feedback in one easy-to-access area
  • Recalls
    • Customers will receive an automated comprehensive recall on the 20th of every month with a lookout of the items due the following calendar month
    • Customers will receive an on-site recall within the first week of the month with a lookout of the items due in the next 60 days with a proposed on-site date
      • Account manager or on-site coordinator (per customer preference) will propose an on-site date and work with customer to finalize list
    • Several custom recall options exist as well as the file format received.
      • Dashboard included or without
      • One-month lookout, two month, etc.
      • With master equipment list, past due tabs, at MQC, etc.
