Micro Quality Calibration ("MQC") is at the forefront of the Metrology industry with a primary standard calibration service offering and capabilities unmatched among its peers. Our Primary Standard Laboratory boosts the most accurate precision measurement test equipment to meet or exceed the most demanding uncertainty requirements bestowed on us by our customers. All calibrations are performed in our environmentally controlled climate (both temperature and humidity are closely monitored 68°F with relative humidity not to exceed 40%) to give the lowest degree of measurement uncertainty.

Preparation Preparation of your precision measurement test equipment is just as important as the calibration. Preparation varies and is equipment specific. Any test instrumentation is thoroughly cleaned and inspected and allowed typically 24 to 72 hours to stabilize the temperature of the gage. This is done to obtain the most accurate measurement. When the gages are calibrated they are demagnetized and inspected for nicks, burrs, corrosion, and any other damage that may hamper accuracy and repeatability. Once calibrated, they are certified (with data) and oiled and packaged ready to be shipped to the customer.
